   In the panel it's usually called "transfer lock" or "domain lock."

   Get transfer (EPP) code

   Request it from the same panel or from your provider's support. They're required to give it to you.

   Enter the code here and pay

   Transfers usually take 5–7 days. Once done, the domain shows as active in your panel.
