For agencies and webmasters

Buy your client's domain, keep the difference.

Until now you've kept your clients' domains in your own account and earned nothing for it. On Piyodo you set the price; the domain goes to your client's account, and the difference is yours.

A key with a yellow tag passing from the agency's hand to the client's

The client holds the key, you manage it

“My domain is stuck with the agency” is over.

Today

  • The domain sits in your account; the client says “my domain is stuck with the agency.”
  • You either ask for the client's card or pay with your own and try to collect later.
  • The invoice is issued to you; passing it on to the client is a separate job.
  • All that work, and nothing to show for it.

With Piyodo

  • The domain is in your client's account. You keep managing it; the client can revoke access anytime.
  • Your client pays from the offer link with their own card, via 3D Secure.
  • The invoice is issued directly in the client's name.
  • The difference between your price and Piyodo's share is your earnings.

How does it work?

  1. 1

    Prepare an offer

Enter the domain and price; fill in your client's details yourself if you like. You see your earnings instantly.

  2. 2

    Send link

Via WhatsApp, email or a QR code at the table.

  3. 3

    Client pays

They check their details and pay with their own card. They see the renewal price before paying, too.

  4. 4

The domain is the client's, the earnings are yours

Registration completes in a few minutes, and the difference is credited to your earnings account.

What's in your panel?

  • Set your own price

You give your client your own price. Anything above Piyodo's share is your earnings.

  • Payment link and QR

Card details never reach you. You send the offer via link or QR, and the client pays with their own card.

  • Your account is created automatically

Your client gets a link to set their password. You don't have to deal with the setup.

  • The client owns the domain, you manage it

DNS, nameservers and forwarding are in your hands. Your client sees every change you make in their panel.

  • With your brand

Your logo appears on the offer page, and your agency's name appears in the email to the client.

  • Transfer offer

If your client's domain is with another provider, move it to Piyodo with an offer link; you earn from transfers too.

  • Hand over a domain you hold

Hand over a domain held in your account to your client. The client confirms with their own details, and you keep managing it.

  • You get the renewal reminder too

You get notified along with your client before a domain you manage expires; the site doesn't go down.

  • Earnings panel

See your pending, withdrawable and paid earnings separately, and request payouts to your IBAN.

  • Pay with your earnings Coming soon

Instead of cashing out your earnings, you can use them on your next purchase at Piyodo.

FAQ

Who is the invoice issued to?

The client's. Piyodo is the seller; the client gets an invoice from Piyodo for the full offer amount. Your earnings are the referral fee Piyodo pays you.

Can I collect the payment myself?

Yes. When creating the offer, choose “I'll collect the payment now” and you go straight to the payment page. If your client is with you, you enter their card (the 3D Secure code goes to their phone), or you pay with your own card. Card details go to iyzico and never stay with us or you; the invoice and domain are in the client's name either way.

When do I get my earnings?

Once registration completes, your earnings are credited as “pending” and become withdrawable after 30 days. We wait this long to cover card chargebacks. Then you request a payout to your IBAN.

Do I need to issue an invoice for my earnings?

Yes; if you have a company or sole proprietorship, you issue an invoice to Piyodo. If you're not registered for tax, an expense voucher is issued for small, occasional amounts; for regular earnings, a tax certificate is required.

How much can I mark up the price?

You can add up to $50 per domain per year on top of Piyodo's list price. This limit is in place to prevent price-inflation attempts with stolen cards. You can also go below the list price; the discount then comes out of your share.

Do I earn from renewals too?

No, earnings come from the first purchase only. Renewals are charged to the client at Piyodo's list price, which is shown on the offer page from the start. As the manager, you can renew it yourself if you want.

What if the client revokes my management access?

The domain is already in your client's account; only your access is removed. Earnings you've made aren't taken back.

Partnership application

We review and approve your details; once approved, a “Partnership” section opens in your panel and you can create your first offer right away.

Your tax status determines how your earnings are paid: if you have a company or sole proprietorship, you issue an invoice; if you're not registered for tax, an expense voucher is issued for small amounts.

To apply, sign in with your Piyodo account first; the application is linked to your account.
