Parking page
A simple intro or "coming soon" page shown on a domain that doesn't have a site yet.
You've got the domain but the site isn't ready: rather than an empty error page when someone types the address, it's better to show a simple page about your brand or links to your social media accounts.
If you want to sell your domain, a parking page is the most natural way to collect offers: anyone interested is already typing the address and showing up.
